2. Description of Service

Memexa provides persistent contextual memory services for AI coding agents. Our Service includes:

  • Context storage and synchronization via MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Decision tracking and bug memory management
  • Session snapshots and rollback capabilities
  • Web dashboard for project management
  • API access for integrating with AI coding agents

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Plans and Limits

Free Tier

  • Up to 2 projects
  • 100 MCP calls per day
  • 90 days data retention
  • Full dashboard access

Pro Tier ($9/month)

  • Unlimited projects
  • Unlimited MCP calls
  • Unlimited data retention
  • Priority support

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Store malicious code or content designed to harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you store through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your project context, decisions, or code information. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
